How to create the JOY
Different steps:
- Choose to be intentional about your feelings, decide your own feelings? We can choose to do that
- Trigger the happiness, you can decide to be the one shifting the energy
Just shifting the conversation: if people start talking about the world with crimes with negative news, just trigger by asking 'what's about it?' Taking responsibility
- Create a sense of humour - just try to make fun of something such as things around
Just crack a funny story
'Oh you know what I just ...'
If you just start first maybe someone else will also
- Being kind and helpful
listen to people and then share things benefiting them 'I am here to help'
- Appreciation toward people
