Tea and resting

One of the most common drinks in iran is tea. Most of people in iran, drink tea every day especially in mornings with their breakfast. In most parties and ceremonies tea would be served and somehow its an impartible part of Iranian's culture.  In the north of iran, there are plenty of tea fields which changed that area to an amazing landscape for example in gilan.

The procedure of producing tea is not very complicated but it is really hard. But if you want to make tea its not hard as you think, you just need boiled water and tea, just this. you can have this drink with sugar or Lemon or with different flavor for example: cinnamon, ginger and saffron.

In iran especially in old parts of cities there are tea house that seniors gather together and spend their time there and sometimes they play or talk about many things. You can take some amazing portrait photos there.In some tea houses, there is gleeman that he read fabulously poem and legends especially shahnameh that i talked about before.so dont forget to go to this place and listen and watch how they perform because i am 100 percent sure that you cant see like this performance anywhere.
