Have you ever had to have difficult conversations?

To deliver difficult conversations such as when somebody said something that made you not feeling great that made you create negative stories around it or maybe when you need to deliver bad news to somebody important to you.

1. Pause to not auto respond based on your own feeling

If you respond based on your own feeling and the person also does that, you would end up with the same feeling because that what made you feel it at the beginning. You want to think from their perspective or at least try to know more why did they do that or why did they feel that way

2. Talk to them, listen to them to understand more about the contexts

Using the tool 'ABC' I saw You Did it Can you share why?

By doing it, you allow others to share more so you can understand more

3. Think from the end

Think about the outcomes of the conversations that you want people to feel or your relationship will be

4. Come from the place of caring instead of trying to make you feel good and solve problems
