Hello dear readers this time I am going to write about the experience I had when I was visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon, Portugal. I had the exclusive chance to visit a friend of mine in Portugal during the summer and I must say that in those 5 days I took in a lot of the things the country of Portugal had to offer me. Among all the things that we visited what really touch me and give me an undescribable emotion mix with continuous goosebumps running all over my body was the time when we saw the ocean. Given the fact that I come from Ethiopia place where there is no direct access to the sea let alone to the ocean. So when we actually got to the parking-lot  we parked the car in regard of the car and we had this unending Reservoir of water together with a very steep cliff I could not believe my eyes. I was astonished by the colours the fresh breeze and the atmosphere in that place. in some spots you had a small line of sandy beach before you got into the water. in other points they were just a cliff and then there were three in the waters. I also had the chance for the first time in my life to see people surfing small waves which was very cool I must say.

In the second place we stopped by to check out the clifs there was a small town that was built on top of the plain area just at the age of the cliff. It was a beautiful scenery to have the water just at the bottom of the cliff and to see the small town decorated light colours like white and pale pink colour. In the picture down below you can also see that there is a big swimming pool with the salty water coming directly from the ocean full stop so what they did is they actually got some of the water directly from the Ocean Beach, built a swimming pool like construction and and actually ended up having a pool which I presume it's for the kids or the small children were still learning to swim.

In some of the clifs with visited there was a danger sign saying that we had to be careful as we were walking on the cliff plane. This warning have has been publicly notified because the soil constituting this cliff is more likely to be subjected to erosion due to the wind the water the rain and other natural processes. But also at the same time we also heard stories of people who actually wear going very far on the plane of The Cliff and actually ended up falling over the edge or having some other sad experiences so we were told to be very careful even as we were taking pictures.

So to all my dear readers out there I suggest you pay attention and be very cautious as you move around take pictures and visit the places you've always dreamt for full stop at the end of the day it is good to have fun and to have as many experiences as possible but everything must be done without putting your life at risk or your friends in danger.

This are not the only nearby clifs or pictures and Lisbon there are many more and from what I saw most of them can be easily reached by public transportation but again I advise you to rent a car in Portugal and to make you way with a car because it is much easier and you can really have the time to visit all of the hidden places in coroner's you are interested in.

About the weather in the time to visit this area well I was fortunate enough to visit this places in summer so the weather was hot but not too humid so it was ok in the early mornings up until 11 or 12 and also late nights were really really good for a good walk. So I went there in Augus, in the beginning of August but my friend was telling me that actually in Portugal summer lasts until September or even October so you can have the luxury to enjoy this places in warm weather right up until the end of October. Truth be told this place is our I think amazing also in winter because I think they have a very different atmosphere and charm about them. So who knows maybe next time I will try to visit similar areas in the vicinity of Lisbon in the months of February and March and who knows maybe one of my readers who supposedly lives in Portugal might be interested in meeting up and catching up. As they say to dream this not cost anything so I cast this dream for myself to be in Portugal doing next to winter season.

Thank you for reading this article. Cheers !!!
