Arriving at Leicester
I arrived in Leicester on the 1st ofOctober. It was a beautiful windy Sunday as you can only find them here, in England. When you arrive at Leicester for the first time you are somewhat amazed by a feeling of both modernity and rurality around you. City and countryside live in harmony here.
The Mary Gee Houses where I live is a hall of residence where you really feel welcomed by ohters and it is strategically located as it only is 30 min away from the University of Leicester if you northwards and 40 min from the Asda store if you go southwards, so classes and shopping very close !
When I was handed my room key I felt it was the moment when everything began you know, like there were no coming back anymore and when I entered my room I was like : "At last I've done it, I'm in England now!"
