momondo is a search comparison site with more than 700 partner travel companies worldwide, so it – not you – takes care of the hard work. It’s user-friendly, convenient, and is based around offering options tailored to your own needs. 

It works by trawling the web to find the best deals available in flights, accommodation, and car rentals – meaning you no longer have to wade through different websites to find them yourself.

Even better, it’s especially great for students like you, allowing you to pick and choose between an impressive variety of budget choices, to more expensive options if you’re that way inclined.

All you have to do to get started is enter the details of where and when you wish to travel.

We told you this was easy, right?

Unlike other travel sites, momondo even has an extremely useful multiple-destination option – which is great for making the most out of your end-of-term holidays.

One of our favourite features is the first of three tabs on the results page – the “Price Calendar” (below).

After searching for a flight, the Price Calendar helps you select the cheaper – as well as the more expensive – days to travel based on your specified time period.

If that wasn’t enough, the next tab, “Best Fit Flights”, helps you strike your ideal balance between convenience and cost. The three sliders allow you to prioritise cheap air fares over flight times, or vice versa (see below).

For instance, if your biggest priority is finding the cheapest flight, you can select “save money”. But if reaching your destination within a certain time frame is more important, all you have to do is choose “save time”. 

Results are then rated out of ten, and displayed in your order of preference.

Okay, so you’ve taken care of your flights.

The next step is finding a place to stay.

Not only does momondo search deals in more than 120,000 destinations, it also includes a user review section and suggestions for things to do once you reach your destination – so picking the perfect accommodation is just as simple as booking your flight.
