Good morning little travellers! In this post I wanna talk about a very useful topic if your actually living in Riga or you are planning to come next years. I will tell you which are the best places to buy food, I will talk a little about the prices and about the differences between Latvia and my country (Spain).

So... If you want to buy food in Riga there are three important supermarkets that you will know for sure when you come here. They are everywhere and is the easiest way to buy food, even thought there are more options that I will tell you later. So I will write in order the name of the three supermarkets from the cheapest one to the most expensive:

SuperNeto: That supermarket is, with any doubt the cheapest supermarket that you could find in Riga city. Nevertheless, I think is not easy to find it in the city center, they are usually located in the outskirts of the city. I don't go there usually because I don't like the food quality, I prefer to pay a bit more and to have tastier food x) I just bought once there, I think it was milk, and when I arrived home all the bricks were broken.

MaXima: The quality in Rimi is a bit better... (to be continued).
