Try to contact to people who is going in your same flight - Trips, Before
If when you go to go Erasmus you dont know anyone that goes to the same city than you, try to look for in forum or Facebook, or Erasmusu, people who go the same day as you in the same plane, so even if you know them, not feel alone on the first day is the hardest.
