Blog: Lisboa, the city of 7 hills
Tags: Erasmus tips

If you are visiting Lisbon, you HAVE to go to the top of the mountain, where the statue of Jesus is. They have almost the same one as the people from Rio de Janeiro. The statue has of course a meaning behind it. With arms wide open, people build it so that they can show their appreciation towards Jesus that he somehow saved them in not participating in the World War  II. The view from the hill towards Lisbon is simply breathtaking.
