Pronunciation and spelling

R rondo, Robertpronounced with a vibration, the sound similar to the trill, stronger in the front position (e.g. rower), in the middle and final position the vibration is much weaker

S salon, Sycyliasimilar to the English s (e.g. similar)

Ś śniadanie, silnyno equivalent in English; a soft s

T teatr, Tadeuszsimilar to the English t (e.g. tea)

U unia, Ukrainasimilar to the English u (e.g. push); despite the same pronunciation, there is a difference in the spelling in words with u and ó (alternates with o: mówić - mowa), while u has no alternation.
