Kulovy Blesk

A lovely restaurant/pub with a cute outdoor sitting area. Not touristy so you will get an authentic Czech experience. Excellent beer imported from micro-breweries around the Czech Republic. A charming atmosphere and excellent beer.

Pivní klub 300 (Praha 7, Jireckova 15)

A small cosy Czech bar. I have tasted the best beer here, including imported wheat beer from Germany. The drink menu changes everyday, so go experiment. It is not touristy but the barman has fluent English.

Lokál (Dlouha Trída)

An large beer hall in the centre of Prague city. Award winning beer on tap and excellent food on offer which will compliment the beer perfectly.

Beer Gardens

-Letná Beer Gardens-

Sip a beer while taking the best views of Prague city. No better way to relax by drinking a crisp cold beer while looking over Prague city. This beer garden is shaded by trees so you can enjoy your beer in a leafy oasis of calm. This park is easy accessible also.

-Riegrovy Sady-

Riegrovy Sady beer garden is the most popular, many people go here to have a beer and watch sports on the big screens. They have three different beers on tap here and different grilled food. An excellent atmosphere is guaranteeed here! It is located in the beautiful neighbourhood on Vinohrady. Erasmus students, you should start off a night here.
