There’s nothing new that the Erasmus programme is a great idea for students. I am happy that I have made a decision to participate in the recruitment for studies abroad. First Italy, then Germany and back again in April this year to continue education at one of the prestigious universities in Bavaria, Otto-Friedrich Bamberg. It will be for me the biggest challenge so far. Independent living in a foreign country is a great experience,  fun-filled and memorable moments.

The originators of the Erasmus have fullfiled the dreams of students. Some students have wondered about taking part in the exchange students, but the fear of  moving costs, formalities, language barrier discouraged them quickly. During my studies in Macerata and especially in Bamberg, I met many interesting people from all over the world, who have chosen to take this kind of studies for a variety of reasons.  For Many people "Erasmus" is associated with "eternal event", pleasures, etc. During my studies in Poland, I was able to get organized and keep the balance. I had time for parties, work, hobbies, friends, but the most important priority for me has been the school, finishing my studies, self-fulfillment, gaining experience and developing my skills. Sometimes we give up routine and we feel thirsty, then we are looking for new changes. This had the effect of my decision to move, and so my first choice was Italy, which associates with an interesting culture, delicious food, sunshine, beautiful beaches, and architecture. During my studies in Macerata, I had a lot of time to travel, but in Germany I was more focused on learning and on my goals, because I knew this was going to be my perhaps last chance to study abroad.

Have a good think before you decide, because the choice is a rich of universities, but the requirements and form of examinations are varied. I suggest you do a detailed interview with the University, what language is required and which fields of study they have to offer. The best advice will be here to contact with experienced Erasmus students. In addition, important notice, well make sure that learning at a specific institution is payable. Before deciding, you should diagnose your needs, goals. From my experience, I know that studies in Macerata not given me such satisfaction as studies in Bavaria.
