In Sweden health care is not free as in Spain, if you go to see the doctor, or to make a test, you will recieve an invoice.

In theory, the Spanish, to have the European health card, have free health care, whether you just call the number you request with the health card, and tell will tell you what to do that you for not have to pay anything.
