Greek honey is of great quality and I want to dedicate this entry to it and its potential uses. It's great for your nutrition, but also for your skin and hair.

  • Eat honey on your toast or put some in your tea. A friend of mine also gave me a very good idea: she has replaced sugar in her coffee with tea. It tastes just as well and it is way healthier. Also, a teaspoon of honey after dinner helps your digestion.

  • You can exfoliate with honey. You can use it in a scrub with instant coffee.

  • Honey is also good for your skin. Apply it to clean skin, leave it for a few minutes and then remove it with a hot towel.

  • There are many hair masks with honey. Why not make one at home? Use 3 parts of milk and one part of honey. Put it in your hair and cover your hair with a towel for 10 minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly.

  • Honey can also be used as a tratment for sunburn. Put some honey on the sunburnt area and let it there. Once you remove it, you'll be feeling a little better.

  • Mix honey and yogurt to make a hydrating face masks that also helps combat your wrinkles. It is also recommendable for rashes and redness on the face.
