Hermelín Cheese

This dish accompanies beer very well and is a traditional side drinks in beer halls. It is often served with chillies.

Chicken Schnitzel

A very traditional pork dish. Chicken in breadcrumbs often served with a wedge of lemon. Pork schnitzel is also very tasty.

Goulash

The Czech republic is famous for goulash. A traditional hearty stew dish. It's perfect for those cold winters evenings. Normally served with potato dumplings.(“knedliky”)

Soup/ Polevka

Onion and garlic soups are very popular in the Czech Republic. Also a goulash soup is very popular.

For a tasty Czech experience you must visit Lokál, situated just off Old Town Square. They also serve the best beer in town. Always busy with a great atmosphere, cheap prices and unlimited side orders! Erasmus students, take a break from the cooking and hit Lokál for a real Czech Experience!
