The introduction
Hello everyone, I hope that you are all doing just fine. In this article I want to tell you about how to survive the flu or whatever it is, because when you are traveling, it's kind of imperative to get a flu or catch cold or something like tht, because we get in touch with many different things and finally, when we catch cold, we just get ill and everything gets bad after that.
Well, you can not really do anything about getting that flu, because once you get it, there is no way out and if you want to get out or whatever, it is reallly hard to do that, especially if you have a job to get to or university or some things like that, you know. and it is really disappointing, when you want to go somewhere else and you just don't feel like it because you rare illl or something is not right with you and you just have to sit at home or even better _ lie in bed and feel all fatigued and everything and just feel like not doing anything, while you just have to do so many things, that you do not really know where to start from. Well, that kind of thing is really frustrating, because you can not really do anything else, you know, and it just crashes your dreams and everything you wwant to do or every plan or stuff like that, you know. it's like you are counting on something and that something just blows away and you are just left with nothing.
Anyways, catching a cold is very bad, especially if you catch a cold in winter and that is what usually happens, of course, and you just can not do anything about it. You know, when it is freezing cold outside and you have to go out and go to work or something, you can not really do everything right and it just happens that you catch a cold and then you have some days wasted, because you won't be able to work with your full energy and you will just have to try really hard to do something, that you would do in a couple of minutes or something like that if you weren't ill and stuff like that, you know.
Well, the first thing, that you get when you are down with a flu or something is that chilly feeling and that something is wrong and that you don't reallly feel welll, of course and you are geerally feeling tired or without energy and things like that, you know. So that, at that time you already know, that something is wrong and that something might be a flu or whatsoever. You know, it's reallly not that big of a deal at first, because then you think, that it will pass and you dont really pay much attention to it, especially if you don't suspect, that you might have caught a cold, you know. However, after some time, when the symptoms arise and you definitely feel, that something is really wrong, then it's already late and nothing can really stop the development of the process and all you can do is to reduce some of those symptoms and do everything in your power to somehow reduce those things and prevent others from arising and just get well quickly.
So, the best thing, that you can do at that time is to take plenty of fluids and that's what most of the doctors will tell you. Well, at that time, even you feel , that you need to drink something, because you feel kind of thirsty and stuff like that, you know. So, that's when you need to drink some juices and tea with lemon and honey and water and everything. Drinking milk is good, too, however many people don't like it or can not stand drinking it, so that it's not that common drinking milk during the flu, though it's really good to drink hot milk or cocoa drink at that time, if you want to know the truth.
So, when I got the flu this time, I was really fatigued and I could not really do anything and I just wanted something to drink, well, not exactly to drink, but still, i just wanted to be hydrated and stuff like that. However, I really felt tired and everything and I just laid in bed and not do anything at all, you know. That is a pretty bad feelig , that no one needs to feel, if you ask me.
Anyways, you should know, that every time someone says that they are not feeling well, it is common that people tell them to drink Nimesil. That is this medication, which is very popular and I don't really know why, but it is and they drink it a lot, I mean, it's a powder and you should add some warm water to it and then you stir and then you drink it and it is kind of a painkiller and stuff like that and people just drink it like that.
Well, to tell you the truth, I don't really like those ones and I prefer some other things to fight my flu or whatever.
