Belgrade is a great city with a lot of content. Adjusted to both, the young ones and old ones. Belgrade is known for its nightlife, which may take until the morning.

What is the student lifestyle like in Belgrade?

As a student, you have a few opportunities like discounts, scholarships, meals... It is not easy to study Serbian Universities because they are extensive. Lot of curriculum and examinations. But, in the meantime, worth it. I haven't seen yet a growing number of foreign students in my country.

How much does it cost to live in Belgrade?

If we talk about food and drink is the same as in other neighbouring countries.

Shopping is a little bit cheaper then the others and apartments for rent or buying are not that expensive as in Italy, France, Spain...

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Belgrade? Is there any advice you can give?

My friends who live in Belgrade don't have a problem with finding a place to stay, but it is important to look for it at the beginning of September. Also, it is not expensive. For 200e/300e you can find decent housing.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Serbian people are big gourmets. Our food is well known. If you are in Serbian, you are sure that you will not stay hungry! Meals in restaurants are huge.

What places would you recommend visiting in Belgrade?

Temple of Saint Sava, the old Dorćol, concrete halls in Karadjordjeva street with a lot of cafes, The Federal Assembly and Boem quart.

Is it good to eat out in Belgrade? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

I don't have my favorite spot. There is a range of restaurants with a different type of food.

Is the nightlife good in Belgrade? Where is good to go?

The best! We have as many places for fun as you can imagine. Lot of bars, restaurants, cafes, a huge number of night clubs and rafts. At the summer parties are on the river and in the winter you can go to clubs with great music for everyone's taste.

Where is good to go? - depends on what kind music do you listen.

What advice would you give future students heading to Belgrade?

To be sure that they will have a lot to learn and will have a lot of fun time and good companions.
