Walking down the Rambla street

Barcelona is one of those cities that everyone wants to see and get to know a little bit better. At least it was (and still is) for me. I have fallen in love with the Spanish culture and its customs two years prior to my first visit to Barcelona. Even though it was a quite cold day the first time I visited Barcelona I was amazed. The streets, the music, the architecture, the people... I just could not pick my favorite part of the city. Seeing Barcelona from the hop on hop off bus was like seeing a movie, no no not seeing a movie LIVING in the movie about Barcelona. Seeing park Guell, being on the FC Barcelona stadium I truly felt like this could be a place where I would like to live one day. Eating tapas was the time to blend in with the locals.

The second time I visited this beautiful city I got to see Montjuicfortress and Placa de Cataluna. Looking back on that time I see that I have truly had a blast. I remember being so shy because I was afraid to ask for directions in Spanish even though I speak it. Luckily I got over my fear very quickly and got to practice my Spanish and improve it at the same time.
