I have to admit that I was nervous posing for this picture, since I had to turn my back to the Arc de Triomf. Danger lurks around every corner!

This is why

Don’t be an absent-minded tourist! We saw a Chinese guy, almost killed by a bus, because he was taking photos of a fountain (in the picture below - amazing sky, right?! ) in the street! (I am jokingly stating facts, I’m not racist.

This catholic church is one of the most imposing buildings I have ever seen. I am looking forward to visiting its interior, but they say it will be under construction for at least 10 more years. So, I keep it on my bucket list!

Park Güell

As well as Basílica de la Sagrada Familia, this lively park is a masterpiece of the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí.

In my opinion, Barcelona is a city to visit in off-season and even then, you find queues (especially here). Remind yourself that being patient is a way of telling life that you are in charge, haha!

The little orange castle is Gaudí House-Museum, which can be found inside the park. The master lived there for 20 years.

Passatge de Mercedes

Close to the Güell Park you will find the ‘passage of the rich people’, as I called it. Be careful how you earn that money though! Albert Einstein is watching you.

Pigeons in The Catalonia Square (Plaça de Catalunya)

Definitely you need a lot of days to explore Barcelona, since it’s such a great and complex place, but please don’t miss The Catalonia Square! You will feel like a child again feeding and playing with the pigeons.

All time FC Barcelona posters exhibition

This time we were Romanian proud girls because we recognized Gheorghe "Gică" Popescu, the captain of this football team at the time I was a baby.

Emil Berkessy, Nicolae Simatoc, Gheorghe Hagi are the other 3 Romanian football players that activated for FC Barcelona.
