What is the student lifestyle like in Barcelona?

There are different universities in Barcelona, so student life is pretty active

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The traditional one is 'pa amb tomàquet'(bread with tomatoe) with cheese, sausage or jamón (wine from the Priorat i would reccommend), paella or tapas of spanish ommelet, 'patatas bravas' or seafood.

What places would you recommend visiting in Barcelona?

Sagrada familia, parc güell, tibidabo, montjuic, rambla, the harbour, barceloneta beach, etc

Is the nightlife good in Barcelona? Where is good to go?

The place were there are lots of discos is vila olimpica, where you can drink, hang out with your friends, have tons of fun near the beach and, of course, dance!

What advice would you give future students heading to Barcelona?

This spanish city is not only a good place to party, but its architecture and food is amazing and diverse. Enjoy the city wandering around the streets with no destination to go some day.
