It's the best city in the world, I strongly recommend it to students who want to live happily and safely. Their streets are magical, their beaches are beautiful and the views are incredible.

What is the student lifestyle like in Barcelona?

It's the best atmosphere, you get to know people from lots of cultures, there are parties every day... It's really cool.

How much does it cost to live in Barcelona?

1, 200 euros approximately

450 euros for a room in a shared flat

100 euros for 3-month metro card

150 euros food shop for a month

40 euros for bills, wifi and phone bill

With the leftover money used on leisure activities :)

Did it cost you to find accommodation in Barcelona? Could you give any advice?

Yes, it is the most complicated thing to do, the best advice is to get to Barcelona a minimum of two weeks early to search for accommodation. Also, have a lot of patience for the days where you'll think I'm never going to find anything until you suddenly find the place of your dreams; )

Do you like the food? What are your favourite dishes?

Deliciouuuus! And the best thing is the diversity of the cuisine because you can eat delicious Spanish dishes like paella, croquetas, bikini (cheese and ham grilled sandwich), sangria or if you prefer other kinds of food, you can find Mexican, Italian, German, Colombian, Russian food and more!

What places would you recommend visiting in Barcelona?

All of Barcelona in general, go for a walk and lose yourself in the city.
