Why did you choose to go to Barcelona, Spain?

I got an internship offer for a great company, but even though, is that even a question? :D

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My internship is 7 months long and I got erasmus funding for the whole length + it is paid internship

What is the student lifestyle like in Barcelona?

Would you recommend the city and the University of Barcelona to other students?

City definitely YES, I can't judge the uni.

What is the food like?

Delicious anywhere you go. I haven't check trip advisor once since I got here. Literally anywhere you go, the food is dream.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Barcelona?

I didn't pay any agency commission, but rent in Barcelona might get pricy. Depends on the neighbourhood and your preferences.

How much does it cost to live in Barcelona?

Depends how much you will party :D night life is quite expensive here but you can always find a way. It's hard to say, but let's say 500-600 per month without rent.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I speak only English and it's completely fine.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Barcelona from your city?

I'm always flying from Vienna.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Barcelona?

If you are erasmus student add yourself to all groups on Facebook and find ESN on Instagram. There is so much going on every day.
There is so many clubs and bars that it's really up to your taste.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Barcelona?

La Flauta (traditional tapas) , Billy Brunch, La Pepita (traditional) , Red Garter (steaks, burgers, etc. plus there is a karaoke), Tosca del Carme, Bun Bo Barcelona

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Bunkers el Carmel (sunset chilling spot)
