Why did you choose to go to Barcelona, Spain?

It is an amazing city. I had to see it.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I have been 5 months here. If you live crazily, the money will be not enough for you, but for a month it is nearly 600€.

What is the student lifestyle like in Barcelona?

If you have to study your lessons, there are lots of libraries. If you want to go party there are lots of parties too. You can find whatever you want in life.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Barcelona to other students?

Absolutely.

What is the food like?

Some traditional food is good. Especially paella and sangria are the best for me.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Barcelona?

I could find it easily and it is also cheap and so close to the center.

How much does it cost to live in Barcelona?

600€.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yeah, there are lots of courses. Sometimes they don't speak English very well but we can understand each other with body language.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Barcelona from your city?

By Metro.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Barcelona?

I couldn’t say anything about it because I don’t go outside at night so much but you can find gran via, diagona...

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Barcelona?

Fresc ‘co is the best for me. An there's also Kiosko burger.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Montjuic, Sagrada familia, Cathedral, Plaça d'Espanya, Casa Milá, La Pedrera...

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Barcelona in the future?

At the beginning of life there, do not spend much money.
