Why did you choose to go to Barcelona, Spain?

I chose to go to Barcelona because studies there were connected with my topic. And, of course, beacuse Barcelona is a lovely place to live :)

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My scholarship lasts 6months.

What is the student lifestyle like in Barcelona?

Pretty easy-going when we are considering the leasure activities:) However still, you are going there to learn something and study so sooner ort latter you will have some exams.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Barcelona to other students?

Strongly yes!

What is the food like?

Delicious! If you like seafood that's the place for you!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Barcelona?

Yes, I think it wasn't easy. I did it on-line, without seeing the flat, so I had to be aware of potential cheater.

How much does it cost to live in Barcelona?

I would estimate that like 300euros per month for living without the rent.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I think yes. If you will pay attention and take some time, you will be able to communicate with the locals. The UB offers courses, but sometimes you have to pay for it.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Barcelona from your city?

On the Barcelona you've got metro, buses and tramps. So you decide:)

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Barcelona?

Probably for party to Erasmus places like Shoko and Opium, etc. For cheap eating choose for example "100 Montaditos" :)

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Barcelona?

Spots next to Plaza Catalunia.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Park Montjuic, Park Guell, Tibidabo, MUHBA, Picasso museum and Barrio Gotic area!
