Why did you choose to go to Barcelona, Spain?

It was my second choice i didn't wated to be there in first place.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

From september to june. Around 420€ per month, it wasn't enough. My room cost me 400 in a shared flat.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Barcelona to other students?

NOP.

What is the food like?

Very very very good. Probably one of the only thing i really enjoyed.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Barcelona?

YEEEEES. We were two french students and we spent September in an hostel before we found a flat.

How much does it cost to live in Barcelona?

Around 600€ per month if you pay many attention. Around 800 seems more likely.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I didn't, don't, and won't ever understand Catalan. However, I speak spanish. But almost nobody in my Erasmus clases know spanish people. It's hard to meet people.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Barcelona from your city?

Plane.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Barcelona in the future?

Pay attention of the courses you choose. They could be in catalan. They could have been deleted.
