To gain exposure and experience, meet people from all over the world to begin creating good relationships and potential international business partners.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I'm not on a scholarship

What is the student lifestyle like in Barcelona?

It's very diverse. Barcelona accommodates various types of people from thrill seekers, calm chill individuals and right in between. There's a lot to do! You can't get bored with the right people and places.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Barcelona to other students?

Definitely!

What is the food like?

It's not the best in my opinion but there are options to play around with.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Barcelona?

It did, make sure to look for your place in advance. Everyone loves Barcelona especially in summer so accommodation can be hard to find.

How much does it cost to live in Barcelona?

400-600 euros per month

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Catalan,no but Spanish yes. Yes there are courses available

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Barcelona from your city?

Metro

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Barcelona?

A night out varies on the person.
Club: shoko, Pacha, Otto Zutz( hip hop and r&b) Sutton and Opium ( techno) Razzmatazz (all)

DInner: HardRock, NBA Cafe and Bernie's Diner ( American food)
MissSushi( sushi)

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

The Sagrada Familia
Bunkers

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Barcelona in the future?

It might be scaring moving for the first time on your own but the world is your playground. Enjoy it to the fullest, balance everything. School is very important but please learn to enjoy this beautiful city.
