Fully Furnished Colocation Amsterdam Center (65m²)

Hi guys !

I'm Alex, a french guy of 25 years old. I just arrived in Amsterdam in March, in a colocation with a mate.

Unfortunately, my mate decides to leave the apartment at the beginning of July, to go back to his country, Spain.

So, I'm now looking for a new mate to live with in this fully furnished and brand new apartment located in Amsterdam Center (Korte Leidsedwarsstraat).
(Please note I'm working in Zuid Amsterdam, and I'm looking for a serious / cool roommate.) 

This colocation is about 2 people in total, with 2 bedrooms. The apartment is fully furnished (dish-water / grill / washing machine / internet / fridge / refrigerator / TV...), and is a very spark duplex (1st floor : living room, kitchen / 2nd floor : bedrooms & bathroom).

It's a 65m², perfect place to live for 2 people. The apartment is ideally located, 100 meters far from the Rijksmuseum, Hard Rock café, Apple, Bulldog and 300 meters far from Vondelpark.

I'm looking for a mate that could arrive during July / at the beginning of August. Moreover, the good point is that I know the owner and so, there is no minimum rental period. It means you can arrive in July / August and stay until November / October 2020 or June 2021, it doesn't matter.

Rental price is 1100eur/month (all included), the same amount I give to the owner each month.
