Abuja is a nice place to live in, but the city center is more ideal. I will recommend it to anyone but you must have a source of lively hood because living cost can be very high.
What is the student lifestyle like in Abuja?
The university is situated in one of the satellite towns and living conditions there are average.I believe the lifestyle would be almost the same as in other university towns except for the fact that night life is not recommended for students

Average living cost is between $300 to $500 per month.

It can be very challenging finding a suitable place. Cost of housing is very high and most people prefer to live in the satellite towns in cheaper apartments.

There is food from every part of the country as well as continental dishes. Lots of places to eat out according to your taste buds.
What places would you recommend visiting in Abuja?
I would recommend, Silverbird Galleria, Abuja lake Mall/ Jabi Lake, Cultural Center/ Market.

Eating out can be very interesting. Lots of places to go. I recommend Yahuza Suya Spot, Dominos Pizza,KFC, Drumsticks.
Is the nightlife good in Abuja? Where is good to go?
Nightlife in Abuja is ok, but not advisable to stay out late into the night.
What advice would you give future students heading to Abuja?
