What is it like to live in Abuya? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Abuja is a really nice city to live in, it is surrounded by rocks, beautiful gardens, and luxurious hotels. I'd recommend 100%. The city is very beautiful and friendly, security is moderate and traffic is adequate.

Cost of living depends on the type of lifestyle you want to live, but it is deceptively high regardless.

Accommodation is easy to find but often priced well beyond the student income rate

There are alot of different types of both local and western dishes.

What places would you recommend visiting in Abuya?

Abuja is a big city and almost everywhere is nice to visit, so one has to just find out for theirselves

There are alot of good spots to eat out, more than any other thing in the city I guess. There's always a new spot you haven't tried out.

Is the nightlife good in Abuya? Where is good to go?

Abuja has an interesting aesthetic nightlife.

What advice would you give future students heading to Abuya?

If you're coming to Abuja just make sure to make friends with the locals. Everyone is nice, and be sure to try the local foods.
