The student life in A Coruña is definitely great. The campus of Elviña is pretty big and as I heard the atmosphere is really cool. You will display of good transport and if you're under 18 you can apply for the Xente Nova card and so it will be so much cheaper.
There are parties every weekend at Palexco nightclubs and there are special prices on Thursdays for the university students. There's also a big stadium (Riazor) where the city team plays football (second division team).

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
If you're a seafood lover you're lucky because Galicia is the best fish and seafood region of Spain (and of the world I would say), but you can enjoy a lot of different gastronomy even the Chinese one, as a lot of Woks are now around the city. Of course there's also good Italian restaurants, McDonald's, Burguer King, VIPS etc.
