Why did you choose to go to A Coruña, Spain?
First of all I chose Coruna because of the ocean. Secondly I wanted to get to know spanish culture, food, people and lifestyle as well. I also wanted to learn spanish language which I can catch the best being in Spain.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
My scholarship takes 5 months. I have got about 1500 euros.
What is the student lifestyle like in A Coruña?
It is good, there are many parties and activities which ESN organization organizes, you just have to be in that group on Facebook and watch it.
Would you recommend the city and the University of A Coruña to other students?
Yes I would recommend it.
What is the food like?
The food is great. You can choose from many different kinds of meat, fish, calamares, tapas.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in A Coruña?
Not that much.
How much does it cost to live in A Coruña?
I pay for the rent 200 euros + energy, which is usually about 50 euros more.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Yes and they're free, you can apply for it at the beggining.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to A Coruña from your city?
By plane to Santiago de Compostela and then take a train to Coruna.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in A Coruña?

I would definitely recommend to go to La Bombilla, the cheapest tapas in the city for one euro.
