Erasmus Regensburg 2012 / 2013 (English)
Hello!! I'll be there on September 1st till February 28, I'd like to know if I can tell to the counsil I'll be there before but I arrive later? They are asking me for an exact date, but I've not booked a flight ticket yet :P thankssssssss
