What is it like to live in Sevilla? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I think Sevilla is a wonderful city to live in. It's a city full of opportunities and there are lots of stuff to do. It's a big city, but it's nice to go on foot or cycling with "Sevici", which are bikes placed all over the city, available for everyone just for a period of time for a small fee.

What is the student lifestyle like in Sevilla?

I find the student lifestyle wonderful: you go to lectures, you go and grab a beer and something to eat, you enjoy your afternoon and then you go out at night! The Erasmus student lifestyle is pretty awesome here. Of course, don't forget to do your papers and to study for exams!

How much does it cost to live in Sevilla?

Well, of course it all depends on where you go, but it's not expensive. You can always find absolute bargains. I'd say between 450 to 650 €.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Sevilla? Is there any advice you can give?

It's not difficult. There are student dorms or apartments available all year long, though I'd wait until June or so to find more.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food in Seville is awesome, you can eat whatever, from a normal meal of 2 dishes and a dessert to a huge variety of tapas. I love eating tapas!

What places would you recommend visiting in Sevilla?

Of course I'd totally recommend to visit the city center, which is marvelous, the Cathedral, the Alcazar, Santa Cruz neighbourhood and Triana neighbourhood. However, you may find that there are much more incredible places, like the riverside walk or Alameda de Hercules.

Is it good to eat out in Sevilla? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Of course, eating out is something incredible in Sevilla. I'd say that my favourite spot is Pasaje los Azahares.

Is the nightlife good in Sevilla? Where is good to go?

I love Sevilla nightlife because you can choose between going out for a beer or a drink in Alameda de Hércules or La Alfalfa or you can go partying to any club. I must say that going out in Seville and being an Erasmus student is cheap and great.
