Este piso es ideal para trabajadores y estudiantes que desean experimentar la vida en Madrid con todas las comodidades sin sentir la aglomeración del centro constantemente, pero al que puedes llegar rápidamente. Es un piso acogedor en una zona con muchos parques.

Está ubicado en Calle Santa María Reina, la cual está muy cerca del Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre, y muy cercana a metros y buses que te llevan directamente al centro de la ciuda, la zona está llena de tiendas y parques, a los que puedes ir caminando. Podrás acercarte al centro cada vez que quieras, ya que tienes estaciones de metro, bus y renfe a cinco minutos de distancia. Estos servicios de transporte no solo te llevan directamente al centro de la ciudad sino, también, a las universidades más populares de Madrid.

El apartamento se encuentra en un 1er piso. Tiene 5 habitaciones, 1 baño, una cocina compartida equipada con dos frigoríficos y todos los enseres necesarios.

Sus habitaciones son cómodas con y puedes elegir entre cama doble o individual dependiendo de la habitación que elijas, todas las habitaciones cuentan con calefacción y escritorio además de espacio de almacenaje.

Tanto en la cocina, la sala y el baño como en las habitaciones hay bastante espacio de almacenaje para todos tus efectos personales y las habitaciones cuentan con cerradura para tu seguridad.

Incluye un patio de uso común para los inquilinos donde puedes disfrutar de una tarde bajo el sol tomando café sólo o con tus compañeros.

• Metro: San Fermin- Orcasur (Línea 3, esta te deja en menos de 15 minutos en el centro y en 30 minutos de Moncloa)
• Bus: 76 (Que va desde la Aveninda de los Poblados hasta Edurado Barreiros)
• N14 (Nocturno o Búho que sale desde Cibeles, en el centro y te deja a menos de un minuto del apartamento)
• Renfe: C5 (Estación Orcasitas)

Para poder entrar necesitas:

• Proveer alguna identificación (ya sea Pasaporte, DNI, NIE, etc)
• Se requiere un mes de fianza como Depósito de seguridad.
• Pagar los gastos administrativos

Both, on the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and rooms, are full storage capacity for all your personal belongings and all the rooms have locks for your security.

To be able to enter on the flat this is what you will need:

• Provide us with some ID (it could be an ID from the european community, Passport, DNI, NIE, etc)
• It is required a month of payment as a security deposit.
• Pay the admin fee
