Landlords in Berlin need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.
Landlord policies
● Check-in is possible Monday - Friday 10:00-16:00 in our office. Please note that check-in during public holidays is not possible. ● If the 31st or 1st falls on a weekend, check-in is available 12:00–14:00 at no extra charge. Later arrivals require prior request. The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed. The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
