Room 1 - bed 1 430.- euro al mese

Room 2 - bed 2 460.- euro al mese (Utilities are all included in the monthly rent)

Water, electricity, gas, Heating, waste collection tax, Internet Wi-Fi, TV Tax, condominium expenses, contract reg. Tax, weekly cleaning service, damage insurance).

• DEPOSIT 420.-€ and GUARANTEE 840.-€ (per person) TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING (which will be returned after the expected end of the agreed rental period, unless discovery or damages).

It should be noted that, for bookings for periods of less than a year, given that heating costs only affect the winter months, the rent from September to February will be increased by 60.- euros. Consequently, for an equal number of months from March onwards, the rent will be reduced by 60.- euros.

APARTMENT IN TURIN

55sqm with 2 double bedrooms (shared), well equipped kitchen, full bathroom, 25 sqm terrace.

• Room 1 with less privacy because it has no door and because it is a passageway for the occupants of room 2.
• Room 2 with more privacy because it has a door.

The rooms features a bunk bed, a spacious closet, shelving, desks with chairs and lamps to study or work.

ACCESSORIES

a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, cutting boards and many other accessories), a washing machine, a dining area, a balcony to enjoy the sun with table and chairs, Led TV, Iron and ironing board, drying rack. YOU WILL NOT MISS REALLY ANYTHING!!!

RESERVATION

The reservation is valid only after payment of the first month's rent (including all-in expenses) and after payment of the deposit (840.- euro). The deposit (420.- euros) to be paid upon arrival in Italy. For practical, organizational and economic reasons, priority will be given to reservations for longer periods.

DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BY MAIL

Passport, Visa for Italy, residence permit (only for non-EU citizens), university enrollment certificate. The Italian tax code can be requested directly in Italy.

CONTRACT (IN ITALIAN)

The collective agreement (drafted jointly in the name of the 4 tenants) is signed on the same day by the 4 tenants (as soon as they are all present in Turin).
