This accommodation, located on the southern outskirts of the city, appears magnificent in how it looks and how it is set up.

It is extremely well connected in terms of public transport but to use that, you HAVE to have a private car or motorbike (or at least a scooter). In just a 4 minutes drive from the house, you can go to Torricola Station. Right there plenty of trains every hour make their last stop before reaching the Roma Termini Central Hub (in just about 8 minutes).

Worthy of note is the proximity to the access of the GRA (Ardeatina) through which it is possible to quickly reach by car any point of the city.

As an alternative there is a bus stop, 2 minutes drive from the house, that connects with Laurentina Hub.

The apartment consists of a large living area with a kitchen, a cinema setting with sofa and a double closet. Separately there is a bedroom and two bathrooms for a total of about 90 square meters. The modern and rational furnishings, full of spaces where you can store your belongings, and the kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, make this apartment the ideal home. The view is literally stunning: right on a private section of the archeological park where you can walk or read a book while sunbathing.

A large supermarket is just a 2 minutes drive from home while for all other needs it is necessary to drive for a further 3 minutes (Millevoi Shopping Center).

It is a wonderful accomodation but I strongly advise against booking unless you own a private mean of transport
