- Deposit: 1 month’s rent
- Rooms are rented all to either men or women, as bathrooms are shared.
- Contract registration tax: € 60 (Payment of the contract registration tax is mandatory because, after the check-in it is necessary to make it valid for legal effects. In order to do this, the contract must be registered to the Revenue Agency by the landlord within 30 days from the date of signing by paying the tax).
- The contract is to be signed after checking that the house corresponds to what is on the site and in any case within the first few days of the stay
- Bills as listed are 210€/month per guest, to be paid at the beginning of the month and they include:
