Rules of coexistence

1.Kindness and courtesy are the primary rules for good co-existence between tenants.

2. Please pay your rent on the 1st day of the month and your expenses by the 10th day of the month to

facilitate cash on first demand.

3. You will wait your turn to use the kitchen without forcing others to leave in a hurry....

4. The house does not provide blankets, pillows and sheets.

5. Everyone will have to buy their own water, oil, salt, pepper or other, wine or fruit juices as well as all other

soaps, detergents or other.

6. If you would like a laundry service for your own sheets, please contact the management.

7. Shared use of the kitchen does NOT mean shared use of food and drink.

8. Each Guest must prepare meals and clean up immediately after using the dishes and the kitchen.

9. You may not leave cooked food/dishes for more than 3 days in the fridge.

10. Please air the rooms and bathrooms from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm.

11. It is recommended that food be covered and separated to avoid contamination and unpleasant odors.

12. Please buy your own dishwashing liquid, soap and detergent as well as cleaning and personal hygiene

products.

13. After 21.00, please do not make noise to allow guests to rest.

14. During the weekend please generally clean your own space (bathroom and room) using the hoover,

broom and bucket provided.

15. You are requested to use the drying rack on the ground floor to hang out your laundry.

16. Computers, documents, paper and printers are not in use unless punctual use is requested.

17. Please make reasonable use of electricity and gas by not leaving lights on unnecessarily.

18. You must wait your turn to use the washing machine and dishwasher.

19. The oven may be used once a week.

20. Windows are asked to be closed from 5.30 p.m. onwards.

21. Please treat the staff (locksmith, plumber, electrician, cleaner and gardener) with kindness and let them

carry out their assigned tasks quietly without pressure or asking them to leave quickly or changing the

tasks assigned by the management.

22. If requested and if cleaning is not carried out regularly, a cleaning service will

be arranged for a fee for their area.

23. Each guest is responsible for his/her own parcels, which he/she will have delivered independently to

his/her home or elsewhere.

24. There is no concierge service; everyone will have his or her own key.

25. Please close shutters in winter and open windows after 5 p.m. Pm by opening them around 11 a.m.

26. In case of urgency, you may request a help may be requested from the management on the mobile

phone provided for this purpose.

27. Please do not call on public holidays and only between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. if possible.

28. If there are guests a supplement of 30 € per night will be charged.

29. To use the parking space there will be an extra charge of 50 € per month.
