We are used to accept the first booking for a maximum of 30 days to give the opportunity to test the house and check that tenant and owner are both comfortable. On expiry of the first booking we generally confirm booking renewals.
We have 2 lofts next to each other for 4 persons maximum in each loft, for a total of 8 persons maximum in the two lodgings.

Additional costs (to be payed by cash only):
- City tax fee: 6€ per night per person (for the first 10 nights)
- Mandatory cleaning fee: 90 EUR per week including change of bed sheets and towels
- For each pet within 10 kg weight is required an extra fee of 150 EUR as fix cost. However, it is necessary to approve in advance the type and weight of each pet.
- A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
