Welcome to our home – a cozy oasis of relaxation in the heart of Pigneto, Rome’s most bohemian and vibrant neighborhood.

Known for its artistic vibe, cultural venues, and lively nightlife, Pigneto offers a strategic location: central, with all amenities close at hand. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Metro Line C and only 3 minutes to trams and buses, with excellent connections to Rome’s historic center, Termini Train Station, La Sapienza University, and Policlinico Umberto I Hospital.

Our home was completely renovated just a month ago using innovative methods and high-quality materials, to offer the perfect balance of modern comfort and vintage charm in a welcoming, thoughtfully designed space.

Just steps away, you’ll find restaurants, bars, cafés, wine shops, supermarkets, and local stores – all in a lively yet peaceful area. Your host is Ornella, a multilingual Superhost, who will guide you attentively from booking to check-out (and beyond!).

Because it’s not run by a faceless agency, but by me – Ornella – as a personal, heartfelt hospitality project. Every detail has been curated to offer you a warm, sustainable, and tailor-made stay, in a space where human connection, quality, and design come first.

Safety first

The apartment is equipped with safety features: fire extinguisher, gas and carbon monoxide detectors, first aid kit, and two wall safes.

Total comfort, blending past and present

The renovation includes full thermal and acoustic insulation (ventilated underfloor and cavity walls), high-quality windows with mosquito nets, security grates, blackout shutters, and an independent climate control system with three AC/heating units.

In winter, two heating systems are available: gas radiators and warm-air split units.

The decor combines modern and vintage: wood-effect floors, elegant glossy stoneware bathrooms, restored antique furniture (like a Davenport desk, glass-front cabinet with fold-out writing table, and Venetian-style side tables), along with modern appliances: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Smart TVs in every room.

Living area: functionality with style

The fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect even for long stays. You’ll find every utensil and appliance you might need, including three coffee makers (Italian moka, espresso with milk frother, and American drip), plus a drawer stocked with coffee, tea, herbal infusions, and chamomile for every moment of the day.

The living area also includes a TV, dining table, and a small sitting area perfect for relaxing.

Sleeping area: 2 elegant and versatile bedrooms

  • Bedroom 1: French double bed (140x200 cm)
  • Bedroom 2: Large double bed (167x200 cm) or 2 single beds (83x200 cm each)
  • Living area: Single sofa bed (82x190 cm)
  • Folding crib available on request for children up to 2 years old

Each bedroom includes a wardrobe, desk/vanity, mirror, USB outlets, Smart TV, double curtains for privacy, and full blackout shutters. The atmospheres range from nature-inspired vintage (with Monet prints) to colorful modern styles (featuring Picasso and Klimt).

The beds, handcrafted modern-style sommier beds upholstered in white leather, are equipped with extremely comfortable 27 cm-high mattresses (memory foam and pocket springs), four pillows of varying firmness, numerous decorative cushions in various sizes, seasonal duvets, duvet covers and handcrafted pure cotton sheets, and bed runners.

Two modern, fully equipped bathrooms

  • One is en suite, the other is located in the hallway with a window.
  • Spacious showers with rainfall heads and thermostatic mixers.
  • Unlimited hot water via gas heater.
  • Supplied amenities include: towels, hairdryer, hair straightener, bathroom scale, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand sanitizer.

Our home is also perfect for business travelers: a quiet area, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, 3 dedicated workstations, carefully designed lighting, independent heating and air conditioning.
