Bookings outside of these dates will be subject to the standard one-month administration fee.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
• Languages Spoken by Landlord: English and Spanish.
• Landlord Residence: The landlord does not live on the property.
• Room Furnishings: Please note that certain items visible in the photos (e.g., plants, laptop) are for display purposes only and are not included.
• Bed Linen & Towels: Not provided. Tenants must bring their own.
• Mattress: Comes with a mattress cover only. A €10 fee for the cover must be paid upon check-in.

🕒 Check-In & Booking Policy

• Weekend Bookings: Bookings finalized over the weekend will have the earliest possible check-in on the following Monday at 16:00.
• Same-Day Bookings: For bookings confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in will be the next day at 16:00.
