Condiciones de Alquiler: DNI, NIE o Pasaporte. Mes corriente. Fianza de un mes reembolsable (ciertas condiciones aplican). Gastos de gestión: 605 € (puede variar según la temporada).
Las habitaciones no incluyen: Ropa de cama, mantas o toallas.
Horario de Check-in: Horario: 14:30 - 18:30 de lunes a viernes en la oficina del propietario. Check-in tardío: 30 € fuera del horario indicado.
Normas: No se permiten mascotas y está prohibido fumar. Los límites de edad establecidos para el alquiler son entre los 18 y 40 años.
Transporte: - La estación de metro Quintana (Línea 5 del Metro) está a 3 minutos caminando y a 7 minutos caminando de la estación de metro Pueblo Nuevo (Líneas 5 y 7). - Paradas de autobús 38, “Las Rosas” y 146 “Los Molinos”, a 3 minutos caminando.
