The duplex has two full bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower to rejuvenate after a day of exploring. Essential cleaning products are at your disposal, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. The washing machine tucked away in the utility area is ready for your laundry needs.

The building is equipped with an elevator and has automatic check-in through the Akiles smart lock. It has a prime location as it is close to multiple landmarks, which include:

El Raval is a vibrant multicultural neighborhood in the heart of Barcelona. The part closest to the old port was also known as Barri Xinès or Chinatown. - No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.
