The day area consists of a living room with integrated kitchen. This space is fully equipped and furnished with everything you need to cook from your arrival, you will find from gas stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils and dishes, washing machine, to the inevitable coffee maker; plus a dining table and a comfortable sofa where you can sit and relax and watch your favorite programs. The night area has 2 bedrooms: one is the master bedroom with a double bed, night table and dresser and has access to an interior balcony. The other room will serve as a dressing room/study, as it has a large closet so you can store everything you need, and a desk where you can work or study quietly. This space also has access to the interior balcony. A full bathroom with shower is located near the entrance. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in Carrer de Valladolid, 5 minutes from Sants station (L3/L5). This is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations. A 4 minute walk away is the Parque de la España Industrial, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. It is also very well supplied in the surrounding area with all kinds of stores such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The busy Plaza España and the Arenas shopping center are only 15 minutes away.

    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
