The kitchen is modern and independent, it is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cook from your arrival. It has a small but very cozy dining room. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. The first room is spacious, suite type, is tastefully decorated and has a double bed, plus a large closet to store everything you need. The second bedroom is also double and has a closet. The apartment has a total of 2 bathrooms with shower.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating and fiber optics.

 The neighborhood: Located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, within the central and quiet neighborhood of Eixample; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. The apartment is located very close to great architectural works such as the imposing Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudí; and the beautiful Modernist Site of Sant Pau.   Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, the Gaudí Avenue, which is located next to the floor, breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a series of bars and avant-garde cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of this tremendous work. The nearest station is located 5 minutes from the apartment, "Sant Pau | Dos de Maig" (L5).

    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
