Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). This is a comfortable 60m2 apartment that has everything you need to move in, plus a private terrace of 120m2 with a wonderful view of the city. The day area has a bright living room with integrated American style kitchen, which is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances to cook at home from the day of arrival. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms, both with closet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an exit to a cozy veranda which is the ideal space to relax from the daily routine. The second bedroom has a single bed (110cm). Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower.  The protagonist of the apartment is the spacious furnished terrace located on the upper level. Here you can have meals on the barbecue and enjoy the sunny days that the city offers. You will also find the laundry area, which has an additional toilet, a refrigerator and storage space. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.

The neighborhood: The location could not be better. in one of the most pleasant neighborhoods to live: Gracia. Not only for its proximity to the main points of the city, but also for its charm and beauty. The apartment is located in Carrer de Bruniquer, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. Paseo Sant Joan, 4 minutes from the apartment, is a beautiful road that invites you to take walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the route you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella. The nearest station is located 4 minutes from the apartment, "Joanic" (L4).

    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
