Details are important, and in this apartment we visualize them throughout the space. The ceiling that shows the wooden beams, the exposed stone on the kitchen wall, each of the chosen paintings, and the lively colors build the propitious atmosphere in an avant-garde space full of life. It consists of a large flexible space divided into 2 areas: the relaxation and enjoyment area such as the living room; and the rest area such as the bedroom. The living room has access to a cozy balcony overlooking Calle Princesa. The kitchen is integrated into the space and looks impeccable, has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home. The bedroom has a double bed and the modern bathroom is complete with shower. In the apartment you will find plenty of storage space inside the spacious built-in closet. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, high speed wifi.
The neighborhood: In the Born neighborhood, this apartment enjoys a central location and very well connected to the rest of the city. Its narrow medieval streets invite you to stroll among them and sit in one of its squares to enjoy one of its terraces. It is an area with a lot of life, it is well supplied with commercial establishments, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.. In addition, important buildings such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, the Palau de la Música Catalana, and the visited Picasso Museum are located in this neighborhood. The Princesa street joins Via Laietana with the Parc de la Ciutadella and along its entire length, there are a variety of trendy bars and cafes where you can try a variety of foods. Via Laietana, one of the most important avenues of the city is located 1 minute away, where you will find the nearest station "Jaume I" (L4). The Parque de la Ciudadela, the perfect place for outdoor activities, walks and sports, is 7 minutes away; and finally in the port of Barcelona, located 10 minutes away you can have a drink in one of the bars or restaurants that are located there, and enjoy the view of the impressive yachts that look anchored.

- 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*

- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
