Cari studenti, ciao a tutti!
I am an experienced and certified teacher of Italian Language LS/L2 with an incredible passion for travel. I have CEDILS certification (for teaching Italian as a Foreign Language) of the University CĆ Foscari of Venice, with a focus on the Adult Learners Profile. I have also a degree in Oriental Languages and Foreign Literatures ā University āOrientaleā in Naples and a Master in Translation - IATI International Association Translators and Interpreters.
I have also a certification in Strategic Marketing form the CIM Institute of London and certification in Tourism & Hospitality Web Marketing.
I have taught Italian to different groups of learners (including different ages, interests, needs, levels, mother tongue).
In my life, I have traveled a lot, met different people and learned to appreciate cultural diversity. Every place has its own magic and embracing local traditions allows direct contact with the language and daily conversation practice.
My Italian language courses are the perfect combination of language, culture, information, and fun. The educational activities focus on pragmatic and intercultural aspects. The boring theory is banned. Grammar and vocabulary will help you understand how the language works, but to be fluent in a new language you need to speak, listen to natives and immerse yourself in everyday life contexts.
My lessons are structured in line with student interests and requirements, which strengthens the learning process. All lessons are tailor-made. The teaching material is created ad hoc and covers different topics: literature, Italian culture, songs, films, special activities, and cooking lessons. The method used is inductive and is considered by modern language teaching to be one of the most effective methods for learning a foreign language. Not all people are the same so not all courses are suitable for everyone.
