What is the food like?

Croatia is a country with an interesting history because they were dominated by other countries, you will find that the food has some Italian, Turkish, Bosnian influences.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Zagreb?

The prices in Zagreb are really variable, most of my friends pay around 250 euros just for the apartment, but it really depends on the zone and the cost of utilities. As an advice, I would highly recommend you to take your time, read the contract, ask as many questions as you can because sometimes we obvious important things.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Zagreb in the future?

Enjoy the experience, the university is constantly offering events but I really think it's nice to go out of your comfort zone and don't be afraid to discover more activities and make more friends by yourself besides the university.
